Jack and the Beanstalk
This week in F1 we have been reading Jack and the Beanstalk. The children had to listen really carefully because the teachers told the story without a book! We acted out the story in the small world play. On the creative table we used blue and yellow powder paints to mix various shades of green to make a beanstalk.

This week we have been hammering golf tees into melon. The children really enjoyed it and was talking about how the melon felt hard on the skin and wet on the other side.
