Lexi wanted to share with you her ice cream canvas that she made! We used paint pens rather than normal paint and they were so clever. Lexi loved to mix different paints together to make new colours. She loved the holiday themed canvas! Wow this looks so much fun!! What a great idea!
Just wanted to send some photos of Heidi’s holiday last week 😀 we had a fantastic time and got up to so much fun during the week, Heidi did mini aerial, crabbing, lots of beach fun, made her own bear and we saw Aladdin pantomime which Heidi thought was great fun! Wow Heidi what a fantastic holiday, it looks like you had an amazing time!
This week we have been learning all about vehicles! We have been making our own weird and wonderful 3D vehicles out of lots of different materials! We have also been making tracks using the cars and paint.
Today was the day that our oldest nursery children visited Cleethorpes and what an amazing day we had! We started by eating our chip shop dinner which was yummy! Then it was down to the beach for fun in the sun, we enjoyed having a donkey ride and playing on the sand. We finished our day by eating an enormous ice cream and then it was back on the coach to nursery. The children were absolutely perfect all day and it was an absolute pleasure to spend time with them. The grown ups were all so proud of them, they were super stars! Thank you for sending them.
The Nursery children have been enjoying travelling to lots of different places on the Watercliffe express. They also made an aeroplane and a bus. Their journey’s took them to the seaside, park and Meadowhall. Some of them made tickets on the writing table before travelling.
JJ and Jaxson went to town on the Supertram while on the tram we talked about all the different vehicles we saw and they also went to Costa for baby chinos and buns brilliant afternoon out. Wow boys what a brilliant day out, it looks like you had a great time!
Roman enjoys hanging out and going places with his family in the car, here he is having breakfast in his grandads camper van & helping bring the shopping in from his car too! He just got his very first passport so we are planning for his first holiday on a plane next year.. Wow how exciting Roman to be going on holiday on a plane! Some excellent travelling selfies there Roman, looks like great fun!
We have really enjoyed playing with the pirate ships this week. We have been on some great adventures sailing to remote islands and looking for treasure. We did good sharing and made up some lovely stories around pirates.
